YouTube app Audio in background

    I've always wanted google to add the feature where by I could play a Youtube Video and keep the audio going in the background while you continue to use your phone, much like google music of spotify.

    When my nexus 4 was updated to Android 5 (its actually smooth enough on the Nexus 4), I got with it Youtube 5.2.27 which included this exact fetaure:

    But I went looking to do this last night and nothing. Audio didn't play in the background and when I went to settings the 'Background Audio' option is now gone. I am currently using version 6.0.13. Anyone know if its something they have removed and is it gone for good?

    Its linked to the Youtube Music Key thing.
    If youre subscribed to Music All-Access with the same account the option appears

    Install Firefox or Lucid browser (if memory space is an issue)
    then open youtube within the browser, start your video THEN open a new tab and minimise the browser.
