    Hi everybody,
    finally my offer on a house has been accepted!!!!!
    While I am very happy, I know that the house requires a bit of work.

    So I will need to run both structural and evaluation survey.

    Of course everything is happening during holidays season :rolleyes: so it won't be easy to find available people.

    Any recommendation?
    I mean, about how to proceed, about people that you have used and are good and fast... etc..
    Uh... forgot.. I am in Dublin
