    Hi Gang,
Cork City Archery Club is trying to set up a Field archery wing to its club.

    So what is field archery...
Field archery involves shooting at targets of varying distance, mainly in woodland and on rough terrain.
Depending on the type of round being shot the targets used are either 3D animals or circular targets.
Think of it like Golf but with a bow. You walk up to you tee spot shoot at the target, mark your score and wander off to the next tee spot.

If anyone has any land/ woods they think would be suitable please contact me
    Preferably near cork city.

    Greetings,
We are far away, about 250K north of you close to lough Ree. However we do have 80 acres of 15 yr old forestry and a further 20 of younger trees and would welcome field archers to shoot here. My son and daughter both use a bow for pleasure shooting 45 Lb and 30Lb respectively.

    Thanks Tim,
You are a bit far away but there is an Archery Ireland club that could be near to you (Portlick Archery Club)
It might be worth giving them a buzz and see if they are interested.

    Kind regards,
    Brian
