    Windows 8.1 x64bit.

I've installed Cyberduck and I'm trying to access the following address with it...

    developers.cargocollective.com

When I try, I get the following error message:

“Interoperability failure – Could not parse response code. Server Reply: SSH-2.0-Erlang. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.”

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    D.

    From the site:
    Server: developers.cargocollective.com
    Username: Your Cargo username
    Password: Your Cargo password
Port: 22 (if unavailable, the default setting should suffice)

OP did you try contacting their own support?

    Sorted.

I stupidly hadn't selected sFTP (instead of the default FTP) from the CyberDuck dropdown menu.

    That's why I wasn't connecting.

    Thanks.
