Cone spanner sizes for servicing Ultegra 6700 hubs

Can someone confirm its size 17 and a 13 cone spanners I'll need for removing the locknut on Ultegra hubs? While we're at it what size bearings will I need?

Ended up get a set of double side cone wrenches in Halfords. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired in the shop in Navan. 1/4" bearings for the rear hub and 3/16" bearings for the front off Petra Cycles. Complete opposite in terms of customer servicel granted through email.
