Prove Illuminati is not real

So ive gotten into a debate with my friends who are illuminati crazy.
They see a triangle with eyes in cartoons, they go mad and claim illuminati.
Now i've tried to convince them, that they once did exist, but now they are gone.
And if some are there, their mottos are not devil worshipping lunatics.
My friends are claiming illuminati made Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna etc famous but what I try to explain to them its that their just illuminati wannabes.
Any good proof or theories in which I could implement to?
Care to share some info about illuminati as I know thus much.

You cannot prove a negative like that, they need to show evidence they are real. It's like the whole god thing, just be agnostic on the illuminati as you won't ever be able to prove they don't exist and he won't be able to prove without doubt they do.

Even if they exist they are good enough not to be found.

the illuminati exist but only in the idea of what someone thinks they are.

are there mega rich business men making decisions that change the world? yes.

are there secret societies in existence such as the masons? yes.

do they call themselves 'the illuminati'? i doubt it very much.


im sure beyonce and jay-z did make a deal with some evil people.. the good folk at SONY BMG (or whoever they're signed to).
