Relative beginner at chess, but I guess so are we all, but have been playing online and have fallen for the game. Is there anywhere in South Dublin where you can go and have a game (and a pint wouldn't be refused!) or how do you get into it as an offline game?

There's a helpful list of clubs on the ICU website here: http://www.icu.ie/clubs

I don't know how many of them consider a pint vital to their play though (I know I do :pac: )

I think there is club based in the Royal Hotel in Bray but there must be one closer to Dalkey or Killiney?
