The funnel / chute attachments that pubs screw on to spirit bottles

Hey, just wondering what these are called? You know when you order shots or a few jaegerbombs or whatever, and instead of just pouring from the bottle they always seem to have these long narrow silver tubes to screw on to the end of the bottle? I presume the purpose is to concentrate the flow so that it's easier to quickly…

I presume the purpose is to concentrate the flow so that it's easier to quickly pour multiple shots without spilling everywhere, but what are they called and where can an ordinary mortal get one?
