Re Sheep Fencing

I recently erected a fence in compliance with the sheep fencing grant (1 row electric,1 barbed and sheep wire) however i now find that my sheep are scratching against it and am concerned that his will reduce the life span of the fence prematurely.My query is in relation to the best way to combat this out from dipping which is not possible now due the sheep being heavy in lamb

Well what I do myself is inject them with 2cc of ivomec in September and them in Dec use a product for treating lice in cattle like liceban or similar and give them 5cc of it in the middle of their back making sure it goes on their skin and use it again around February when I am dosing them as local vet recommended it and find it does the trick

A cydectin. Inj will get rid of it in one go but expensive and has a long withdrawal (80 plus days)

A cheap inj twice like bimectin 10 days apart will also rid of it
