Currys Customer Service Problems

    Hi,

    I ordered a product online @currys.ie last weekend. I realised it was the wrong product and have since been trying to cancel.

    The only option seems to be an email address to contact. I tried the customer service on the website but the lady told me she could not help that web sales is separate and the only contact is email!!

    This is ridiculous. I have emailed numerous times with a request to cancel but have not received any response.

    Anyone else experience anything similar with them? Any other way of cancelling?
