I put in an order with them 8 days ago and have sent multiple email trying to get a vat free invoice but ive had no response from them at all, anyone else able to get in contact with them?

I haven't dealt with them myself, but from what I've read you'd be better off giving them a call. It seems to take them a while to get around to their emails.
