    Hi,
A friend of mine has a very early morning flight from Dublin Airport and wants to travel there the might before and hang around.

I don't know if the terminal buildings remain open and if they will allowed do this.

Apart from advising her to get an early morning taxi ( which I have already done), can anyone advise if this is possible.

    Thanks

It's possible yes and it's not such a long night. Things get going again fairly early.

Don't want to duplicate this answer, but just wanted to say that I could confirm it from recent personal experience, at least with respect to Terminal 2. Terminal 2 has arrivals more or less happening all through the night, so one could just make out that you are waiting for someone to arrive. God knows flights are delayed often enough. I know one's own bags might be a give away, though maybe I am over-thinking it anyway. I think one is entitled to sit down and wait in an airport for as long as you want!

Yeah I have done it after missing the latest bus home. Lots of plugs around with comfy chairs in Terminal 2 anyhow and free Wi-Fi.
