    Hi Guys

Say you have 3 grandstream 2020 phone's and were using goldfish for voip numbers.

Is it possible to have the following set up.

The three phones are set up on a hunt system, receptions phone is first to ring then after 20 sec's the two other numbers ring.

An incoming call is made and the receptions phone rings and a screen pops up on her computer, telling her who the call is for and she takes a message and emails it to the client involved.

I assume most phone answering or call centres work on the same principle.

I assume it can be done with softphones, but we would prefer to use an actual voip phone with headset if possible.

Hopefully Im explaining the above right and thanks for any feedback.
