Any good sites for learning Grammar?

I'm helping a friend who's English is ok but grammar is a challenge. Are there any websites or apps that teach grammar and rules well? Things like tenses can be confusing. It's hard for me to teach as its mother tongue for me and I dont know the rules. I feel if they understand the rules they will make less mistakes.…
