Good morning! I am currently starting a second year in a rented house as of 1st December. I checked when the last service was on the boiler and as far as I can see it was back in 05, can barely read the writing its that faded.

Question is who is responsible for paying for service? Me as the renter or the landlord?

    Cheers.

Depends on what your contract says. The house owner is better off doing it on an annual basis - as is per regulation- to guarantee that it is done on schedule, in case there is an accident.
