One item missing from bundle received off parcel motel

    I bought a jumper and ball off adidas and delivered to parcel motel, the jumper came but the ball wasn't in the box (i don;t think it would have fitted anyway as it was a shoe box) and a second package doesn't say it has arrived in my parcel motel, also adidas said they sent all items at the same time so it should've arrived too

    Nevermind i checked tracking and it says there were two packages, so it's parcel motels problem, i will call them

    On the word "items". If it was one package, I'm sure they would have said it was one package. However, the wording "all items at the same time" seems like they did just that; two separate items at the same time.

    Thus it's Aiddas's f**kup, not Parcel Motels, as Aiddas sent them separately, and thus they'll arrive separately. You want to blame someone, blame the sender.

    I think it may be pms as they signed for both packages so they should have the second package for me too

    As said, what does it say in your tracking? And also as said elsewhere; Parcel Motel only have so many lockers, thus there is a backlog.
