I'm just wondering if anyone has any dealings with the garage?

Just looking at one of their cars on line and I'm going to give them a call tomorrow, so any feedback would be great.

Do a search of the forum. That name has cropped up a few times before.

No dealings on actual sale but my experience on looking at a car there I wouldn't spend 1 cent in the place. Went looking at a car, took me a good 20 mins standing at the office door to get attention from 3 ar$eholes with 1 of them possibly a manager owner who appeared to be all on their phones on personal calls. I was worse to stand around but just wanted to see how they would treat me after waiting that long, not impressed. Car was in bits and when I pointed out faults was told it was a mint car, unbelieveable.

30 + years established, however used to be strictly trade only, so don't expect all sweetness and cuddles, but majority of cars are main dealer trad ins, so as always go on actual car quality, and don't expect top drawer service if it's a discounted price.

A good few tears back now but I went to see an Accord they had, pointed out poor body work/uneven filler and was told I didn't know what I was talking about. That it was the way the car was designed. On the other hand they have been around a good while, kinda s uprising as most garages around there change names on a monthly basis!

It's the 1.6 Avensis i'm looking at. I just need a basic a to b car that will give me no trouble and i do very little mileage. Also, the mileage is tiny, so i'll be asking all the usual questions.
The price almost seems too good and that's what I'm weary about.

I dealt with them for a good few years in the trade, they were always straight to deal with.

Haven't dealt with them in a while tho so can't really comment what they're like from a retail point of view.

No funny business with these lads on mileage, will be grand in that respect.
