    Anybody any ideas how to get rid of starlings we're plagued with them here. Dirty c###s not to mention the health hazard.

    Whatever you do, you cannot shoot/poison them. You could put up some hanging CD's where they are feeding, it scares them.

    Have loads of them around, feeding arable silage at the minute and they are destroying the feed have set up ribbons and c.d's hanging from the roof but its not really doing the trick
    so have changed to feeding the arable in the evenings when there gone and putting in straight baled silage during the day

    Same issue here just this year. Some one told me yesterday regular power hosing will encourage them to move on

    get a plastic owl and put it where they roost, works a treat 😉😉

    Has anyone found any long term solutions for starlings yet? They destroy everything with their droppings around here during the winter....
