Gearbox jumps out of 1st and crunches into 2nd

as above my gearbox jumbs out of 1st gear at medium revsand into neutralit also crunches in to 2nd gear,,all the rest are perfect.any idea lads???

Sounds like your getting two new syncros or a new box, does it improve when warmed up?

ya im thinking its syncros aswell..its a rallycar,brand new syncros .bearings.seals and quaife gearkit.kazz lsd..I well take it out over xmas and have a look..it was fine for 2 stages then started this..maybe im too hard on the box
