    Your photos went teeny-tiny.

€1850?! Jaysus! I've got all that (in nice suburban Dublin, on the Dart), apart from the separate laundry area, for €800 less. And I don't have to live in Ringsend...

Makes you wonder: is true market rate
    (a) what people are actually paying in current rentals,
    (b) what some are willing to pay, or
    (c) what it says on Daft?

I loved living in Ringsend. Central and a nice buzz about the Grand Canal Dock end, where I was. Many people will feel the same. Hence the high rent.

€1850 for a 2 bed apartment is insane.

It's no wonder people are going back to buying. The rent market in Dublin is insane...

Is this place overlooking the playboy mansions back garden?

I don't think you fully read that link. The rent there is €41,600 a year.

I think they read it exactly right and were being sarcastic....

It's beside Google, Facebook etc. Demand is high in the complex and the staff in those places are well paid.

Hi there, it's one parking space. Another can be negotiated with the landlord in underground parking. There is also onstreet parking and visitor parking that we use in the basement.
