Hi. Can anyone advice on declaring the engine change to a smaller capacity.
I just nearly complete the conversion of my Mitsubishi FTO from 2l Mivec to 1.3 turbo and the next step is to get it all propper in the log book.
I know i need an enginer report, but does it have to be Mitsubishi enginer or any that is certified to do so? Reason im asking as iirc local tax officer told me that it can be any certified enginer but when i looked up on google people always say it has to be one from main dealer?
    Any advice much apprieciated. Thanks
    Seb.

Usually any Main dealer will suffice, not necessarily the Dealer for your model.
    Two Forms to be completed.
One for the motor tax Office and one for your Insurance company (they will supply this form).
