Do you have to be using the app for it to work? Just tried to book a hotel and it didn't work.

got it working eventually through the App
Seems that the original hotels i was interested in were not eligible

I looked at a hotel on Alpharooms today and it was €603. Same hotel is €757 on Ebookers.
