Hi Guys, just looking for advice on tyre sizes before I buy online,i want to buy a good set of winter tyres for my road bike coz the original tyres are still on my bike since new and are now worn and need to be replaced, they are size 700x23c and the new ones I like and want to buy are size 700x25 so will these still fit on the wheels if I buy them or will they be too big or does the 700x25 rather than 700x23c just mean that the new tyres will just be slightly wider but that they will still defo fit coz im not sure as I have,nt had to change them as of yet so any advice welcome from all you experts on here...Thanks

    They will still fit

I ride a 25 on the back and a 23 on the front. It helps with puncture resistance

Yeah they'll fit no problem, you can go up as far as 30 or 32 on most road rims, the limiting factor is the clearance with brakes and frame.

you should be ok with normal tubes aswell as the standard tube is good for 19 to 25 wide tyres.
