Issue With Refuse Collector

    I changed our bin provider back at the beginning of September. I emailed the old provider to let them know I was cancelling the service and was told they'd be out to get the bins within 6 weeks. Over 12 weeks have passed and I'm still stuck with the old bins. I've contacted the old provider multiple times and each time I'm told they'll be out for the bins 'this week', but no one ever comes. There's been no apology or explanation for the delay either.

    What can I do to get rid of these bins? I'm not in a position to move them myself.
