    Folks,

I still need to get a Christmas tree but my lady wants to have one in a pot, not a cut one. I walked all around the city but can't find one. Any help is appreciated. Location : Dublin.

    Thanks
    Ove

Can you not put the tree in your own pot/bucket?

Get a dead one from the local recyclers, that'll sicken the bitch.

I'm told you can get them in the garden centre part of Woodies. Someone at work told my husband about them (after we had already bought our tree) and he's been going on about getting one next year! He's full of plans to have it in the front garden during the year etc

Give it a couple of years, they'll grow.

I remember the Christmas trees I drew in school were always in pots. My real life trees were never in pots though.

I'm glad to have helped you, OP. Merry Christmas!

You have to be careful with those that you don't get one that was pulled out of the ground and put in a pot with fcuk all roots. Try looking at the bottom of the pot if you do find one to see are the roots visible. If they aren't chances are it has no root system worth mentioning and will die in a couple of months

Just tell her it's no longer the 1980's and as such have people no longer have Christmas trees in pots, and you may want to have a word about her massive shoulder padded jackets and OTT perm too.

    Glazers Out!
