Herd number transfer (father->son)

How ye

I am in the middle of getting the farm transferred into my name from my father.

How do I go about organising the herd number transfer? I've looked on dept. of ag website but can't find a form to download.

I assume it just doesn't happen automatically with the transfer of the land?

Handiest thing is ring the Dvo and they'll send the correct form

am... that er1 form talks about pigs, is there a different cattle one or are they one and the same form? thanks...

ER 1 is for cattle, different form for pigs as far as I know.

ok.did a lot of rooting and think found right one. ER12800513.God they don't make it easy,thanks for help.

Now whats the story with SFP?How do I get entitlements transferred into my name?sorry for all the questions.all new to me!

There are big changes looming for SPS this year. You need to consult an agri adviser as to when to transfer entitlements as there are so many variables to consider with the change in the old system.
