    Hi,

Since losing battery my iphone4 is not responding to any chargers I try to charge it with. This has never happened before.

    Can someone help, please ?

    Thanks,

you've lost me (like my phones charge ;).

Any ideas why the phone might suddenly stop working ? Wasn't dropped etc, so wondering what typical battery lifetime is or any other factors that could cause this.

Try cleaning out the charging port on the phone with a small pin, chances are it's just clogged up.

Thanks. Tried that already but no luck. I don't think it's any dirtier now than it has been before

plug it into your PC or laptop and see, at least that would rule out a plug problem.

thanks, have done that already. The last I recall using it was Sunday morning to send a picture. I'm not totally sure it was low in battery or not, I'm thinking the battery has given up the ghost.

Are phone shops like car phone warehouse able to shed any light on this kind of thing ?

Resolved: hadn't tried holding down power and home button simultaneously for 10s. Resets phone. Working fine again
