GTA Online PS3 cant connect to rockstar game services...

    for the last month or so out of no where i suddenly cant connect to GTA online on the PS3.says "rockstar game services unavailable right now try again later"
    anyone else have this problem?
    my friends can connect and play just fine.
    i can connect and play other online game like COD.
    im on UPC.
