Viadrus Eco Hercules Boiler - Augur / Electric issue

    Hey ,

    Anyone know of someone who can service a Viadrus Hercules 24 boiler .

    Had the boiler for a 8 years and its been a good work horse .

    Had a problem with overheating last week , came out yesterday and the overheat element in the augur had burned out ..Looks like the control unit is running the bottom feeder contiously and it overheated .

    When I turn on the unit the electric switch kicks in and runs continuously ...

    Any one know who I could get to look at it ?? The lads who installed and long gone (Energy master)..
