Ive never been any good at talking esp how I feel. Its like Im always afraid of it. I clam up. Now ive met a guy, circumstances weren't good and ive seen him for the last time. Id so would love the chance to talk to him but im terrified. if I was in person my knees would start shaking uncontrollable with nerves

Is there anyone else with this crippling fear when they find themselves in uncomfortable situations. Even in the past if I had an argueement with someone the shaking can start. sometimes the though nearly makes me want to throw up

    Hi OP,

I think your query is better suited to the Personal Issues forum, so I'll move it to there.
    Best of luck,

I don't quite understand your situation: you say you have seen him for the last time, and you say you want to talk to him.

But as a general idea, I think it might be helpful if you said something along the lines of "I'm not very good at talking about things like this...". You might be surprised by how often people will make a big effort to make it easier for you.
