Its Amazon themselves- rather than a 3rd party reseller- so providing this bargain hasn't featured on any of the bargain sites- there is a reasonable chance they will honor it.

ps vita games only work on the vita. You can play ps4 games through your ps4 by streaming it on your Vita. so you need the ps4 and a vita to play ps4 games

How do you check where it is?
Amazon.de only shows mine up as 'in transit'- not whether its reached the country or not.......

Go to the tracking section of the iparcel website and put in the tracking number...

That seems to be the issue- I don't have a tracking number.
Mine appears to have been shipped by 'standard post'.........
