Thinking of going to Bali after Christmas, reasonable flights and accommodation, but wondering in regards to food, drink and things to do, how expensive is it?

Bali (Kuta) is the Aussie Magaluf.

    Bali isn't just Kuta.

    But yes it's pretty cheap!

Bali can be as cheap or as expensive as you want it to be. You can get hostel accommodation in a great place for $10 a night, or spend $10,000 a night for amazing villas. Food and drink go the same way, generally cheap if you want it to be. Kuta is ok for a night or two, but the island has so much more to offer.

One thing to keep in mind, be careful when drinking Apologies for shouting but there is a big issue with bootleg booze, people have gotten extremely ill or died from drinking it. So keep your wits about you.

    Hope you like it.
