Is it possible to do this on an android device?
My screen is abit too warm and would like it to have a cooler look.

    Thanks

Samsung devices have some colour adjustments. Kinda hard to tell you with no details.

Seems to just overlay a set colour though, as opposed to actually adjusting the screen.

It works OK but seems to like accessing my GPS once too often so I uninstalled it... I'd love a way to be able to adjust the RGB settings maybe from the kernel or something. I know there is another app which needs root access to do it but not planning on rooting just yet to protect the warranty for now.

There have been reports of a dodgy batch of phones with screen issues, a yellow tint. Could this be your problem too?

Im on my third moto g from argos because of patchy yellow screens.. The one I have now is fine but it is warm to look at but I wouldn't call it bad as its the best of the 3 of them I have had. I'm happy enough as long as the color is even in the screen.

You would think though IPS screens would have advanced enough to overcome strange coloured hues these days. Some people on the Motorola forum are complaining with yellowly screens too on their G 2014. Maybe its a bad batch or Motorola are using cheapy panels on this variant.
