    Grab a 4690K/Z97 board, because they're basically the same money. Grab a Define R5. Has a few improements over the R4. To recoup the slight cost difference, run the lot of it through geizhals.de.

    Oh, and unless you're planning on adding a second 970 to that, you won't need 650W. 450 will be loads.
