Were the reliefs for rent not removed and phased out ?

    Yes. They are gone.

Ah right, they're still there on the ROS site, just greyed out and marked ineligible.

No they're not. They're being reduced on an annual basis but the last year is not until 2017.

Oh okay, why cant I add it then? Do I have to wait until next year or something?

as far as i know you had to be claiming them already in order to be able to continue until the phase out.

You had to be renting in 2010 in order to continue claiming

You may have to ring them - as you've been claiming them previously there should be no issue

Ive claimed in 2010, 2011, 2012, it just let me put in the claim for 2013 there (although it had reduced the max by 250 to 1000) and 2014 is greyed out, Ill try again in a month when Im requesting my P21 and give them a ring if it hasn't appeared by then. Thanks.

When they process it for 2013 it should allow you to add it for 2014
