HTML code being sent through Contact form on Website

Hope this is the correct forum. Someone (jibberish email address) is sending me HTML code via the 'Contact Us' form on my website. It usually has a few links in the text. I just delete the email. Anyone know what's going on here? Is there anything I should be worried about?

Probably a variation of ordinary spam hoping the links are clicked or some auto process of contact forms inadvertently follows rather than sanitizing.
