Anyone had success claiming the canon cash back when camera bought in Europe?

Bought a canon dslr recently but not in Ireland (Germany) just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to claim the cash back offer? The website states must be purchased in roi or UK! Thanks.

Not sure about cashback but I got a free manfrotto tripod and a monopod with my purchases of a 6D and 24-70 lens in September. Simply registerer online and they were delivered within the week. You need to register and send them a scanned copy of your receipts and serial numbers..
