Hey looking for some advice on a job listing. I received a job notifications based on their matched preferences. Looks like a really great job. I am just not sure what criteria they are basing their recommendation on. The last role I would have applied for with them would have been for christmas retail temporary staff, but I would have applied for previous roles in the company.
I am not entirely sure if the notification is based off a cv I have already submitted to them or if it is based off a less detailed application. Seem like a more senior role than I would be used to, even counting experience in a voluntary basis. I wondering if it would count against my applying for this role, if they think I am not qualified enough, or if it would perhaps open me up for consideration for another role.
If I had already applied for a similar role in the company I would feel a little more comfortable with this.
