I have recently started a job and we will be paid early for December which will cover the entire month.

If I give notice on 19th will I be asked to leave on that day with a view to refunding the pay. I have no issue working the whole month. 2 weeks notice required.

If you are leaving before the period which you have been paid for has expired, then I would imagine that you will be asked to pay back the money which you have not earned?

if you give notice and they ask you to leave you are entitled to your notice period.
