Christmas payments on a FAS course.

Good evening everyone. My partner started a FAS course last monday and was told he will be paid one week in arrears. Has the "head of the family" he collects my money and my 2 kids money as well. Does this mean we won't get any money this week? And only 1 week payment next week? If that is the case this christmas is gonna…
