Are you still injured? When do you expect to be back running.

Think that would be a great move for ya, he has a great approach and a flexible plan to suit the individual. Best of luck with the recovery.

I bought this one in Avoca. Not quite the same thing, includes strength exercises as well as cardio and food journal which is exactly what I need. Absolutely brilliant book.

Got a wall planner today too to keep on top of training.

The one I linked to there is called "Diet & Fitness Journal: Your Personal Guide to Optimum Health (Diary, Exercise) (Little Black Journals)"

There's loads of extras in it too like calories lists for common foods, lists of online resources, motivation and diet tips.

I bought it for €15 but it's cheaper on Amazon.

    hi all,
anyone know if it's possible to buy this in a bricks and mortar store rather than amazon?
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Complete-Runners-Day--Diary-Daily/dp/1449451470/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418231758&sr=8-1&keywords=running+diary

    thanks

Mrs AKW uses this one from Nathan http://www.runningwarehouse.com/Nathan_Training_Log_Plus/descpage-NATLP.html the distributor changed a while back so haven't been able to get them in. She picked it up a few years ago in the States and likes the old school format.

I do like the spreadsheet version ROM produced as I track my shoes and bike details there too.

Just checked the Nathan one on amazon it's £93, must be a mistake who'd pay over €100 for a diary? I assume your Mrs didn't pay that much AKW.

Just fired off an email to see if it was a mistake, can get in on amazon.com but it works it bout €20 and I find getting stuff from the us can be hit and miss time wise.
