Get a decent sized dish and mount it pointing at 19.2E. Get a bracket and a separate LNB for 28.2E and connect them up. Then connect both to a DiSEqC switch. I believe the signal for 19.2E can be a little weaker so it's best to make sure the dish is concentrated on that first, and the 28.2E signal is still nice and strong for the arm attachment to pick up.
