    Ive being convicted of a tacograph offence. WIll this prevent me going to the usa on vacation. No previous convictions

    You may be required to stay a certain distance away from Mexican restaurants.

    It is unlikely you will be prevented from entering the US, but as you have a conviction you may not be eligible for a visa waiver entry and will have to apply for a visa through the US embassy.

    Does it involve "moral turpitude"; that's what you are going to have to address.
