Hey guys, Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for a ''Yule Log''? I'm collating a lot of Xmas recipes at the moment so I can be prepared for the Xmas season this year! :)

I've made Mary Berry's Yule Log a few times now, always goes down a treat and is pretty easy to make.

Tried Mary Berry's yule log recipe but actually preferred the flavour and texture of her chocolate roulade: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/chocolate_roulade_79152
You just cover it in ganache then if you like

I've used the recipe on the Cadburys website before. Made it this year using gluten free flour and it turned out quite well.
