Do pros pay sign on fees at races?

    Silly Q but do they? Looking here, it looks like like riders pay 7% of prize money to a "Funds of End of Career" and 2% to Cycling Anti-Doping Foundatio".

    Another question, at the races at the start of the season, do the sign in officials have to keep saying "have you signed the back of your license"?

    From the end of the doc
    For those races, the athlete's contribution to the Funds of End-of-Career (CPA) of 7% and to the Cycling Anti-doping Foundation (CADF)
    of 2% are calculated of the total prize money really paid. Those amounts will be invoiced to the paying agency
    (e.g. National Federation, Organiser and rider's Association).

    So it's skimmed off the prize money, rather than coming from the pro's pocket.
