I am exporting a car to the uk, it was charged at 36% when it came into the state and I have jumped through all the hoops and finally got the value they will offer on a rebate. The OMSP is fair enough but they have offered 15% instead of 36% because they dont have the CO2 emissions on file for the car. It's a 6l W12, it's in the highest emissions band but does anyone know what documents they will accept to prove this?
