Ballally Luas stop (the nearest to the centre) and Dundrum Luas stop (The other side of the centre have lifts from platform to ground level.

This may be of some use:

I saw some warning notices last week that the lift at Dundrum stop is out of order, so Balally is probably your best bet.

This reply is obviously months out of date (and probably old news to you by now) but Balally is actually the nearest luas stop to Dundrum Town Centre. its about a five minute push downhill to it (and an absolute bitch of a hill it is too on the way back ;P). There is free on site accessible parking both at the luas station (covered) and at the side of the cinema (open air). There are also underground disabled parking spots but you have to pay hourly for them.
