Itunes - Refund

    Is it possible to get a refund, went to see a track listing but somehow purchased the album which I didn't need, support option on store isn't much help, anyone ever got a refund?

    Click here, then select iTunes, then iTune store, Purchases, redemptions & Billing.

    You can then either submit an email request or speak with a chat advisor.

    I would recommend getting the order number for your purchase as it will speed things up.
