    What's your video? The whole thing, or just the plane taking off/landing?

    If it's the whole thing, then I don't really think you've any right to be giving out that you should be getting asked before it's used anywhere, if you're stealing footage.


    On the other hand, if it's just the plane footage that's yours, then get to work on your invoice? :)

    That's not quite true. It depends very much on where it was posted to. Unless the site has a specific term that copyright transfers to the site owner, then copyright should remain with the photographer. There's plenty of examples of people successfully charging organisations for using their material that they've 'lifted' off websites.
