O have been offered a job in the UK which is for approx 9 months per year, so could come back to work in ireland for remaining 3 months.
i would travel back to ireland on weekends i am working over there.

question i have is who do i pay my tax to and if its the uk how can i work out my tax liability to see if taking this new job is worth my while at all.
ive looked at www.gov.uk/income-tax-ratesand all i can make out is 10000 tax free and its 20% tax after that till you reach 31k+. is this correct? is 10k tax free for all people, single or married? with or without kids?
note- im not married and have 2 kids.

    any info would be great.
